CHARLES FULLER is the Pulitzer Prize winning playwright of A Soldier's Play, which was made into an Academy Award nominated movie. He has written a number of plays about racism and African American military life.

SAMUEL HART JONES, JR. is a great-grandson of the Hon. Samuel Beecher Hart, the African American state legislator and former military man whose efforts brought about the funding and commissioning of the All Wars Memorial to Colored Soldiers and Sailors.

MICHAEL B. ROEPEL is a community planner and President of the Committee to Restore and Relocate the All Wars Memorial to Colored Soldiers and Sailors
